Ember Patch uses natural, air-activated heat technology to provide soothing warmth wherever you'd like it. Once the sealed pouch is opened, oxygen reacts with the ingredients inside the patch to generate a steady, comfortable heat that lasts for up to 8 hours. We're two guys, so we won't pretend to know what a period feels like.
